It is our belief: to be truly successful in business and in life, we must always be Caring and Honest with our customers, our employees, the shareholders, and our business partners.
We believe that caring and honesty make for the best relationships because it leads to strong and positive relationships and these are a big part of what differentiates Radical minds from most other companies in this industry.
A key contributor to a strong relationship is having an emotional connect. As a company we pledge to act with compassion, integrity, honesty and high ethics, we will listen to others with the utmost respect and will value differences. The Company is also committed to care about the environment we exist in, to strengthen the social bond and positively contribute to the communities around us.
As an organization, we care and respect the law of land and will always remain compliant with all applicable government rules and regulations.
The hardest thing to do is to build trust, and if trust exists, you can accomplish so much more, and being genuinely caring and honest is at the center of this.
Organisations who use Fun at work are more productive, less stressed and happier, so it’s no surprise that using humour and having fun is an important part of our company’s culture. Therefore coming to work is a choice and not a necessity.
At Radical Minds, hard work and fun go together. Our people not only work with their minds, but also put their hearts into their jobs. In return, we give them considerable freedom. All tasks allocated are designed to challenge individuals and teams to help realise their true potential.
One of the biggest contributors to the success of Radical Minds is in nurturing the ability of our employees to perform together as a team. With an increase in cutthroat competition, it is extremely important to encourage creativity in the workplace, this helps in improving productivity and promotes a healthy team relationships.
Teamwork enables employees to be quicker and more effective in their work. Therefore we can say confidently that through collaboration we multiply our contribution.
Together, we are stronger and can contribute more. Shared goals and mutual support lead to greater success than isolated work and individual focus.
Trust and care are important for collaboration. Without trust, we waste time waiting and chasing one another. Without personal care, one person may gain but at a cost to others, leading to a net loss of contribution.
Accountability is the key to effectively implement our strategic plan and daily deliverables. Here at Radical Minds we believe in building a culture of accountability across the organization. Everyone needs to understand the organisation’s strategy, their individual roles within the company, and the specific tasks or projects that they are responsible for. Accountability therefore is not an individual department to team thing but a value that flows through the entire organisation.
We believe the excellence in the little things always adds up to excellence in the big things, it is therefore the confident pursuit of highest quality when you believe in what you are doing and that its value warrants your persistent commitment. At Radical Minds, we will continuously strive for better ways of doing the things we do. We will not rest on our accomplishments, but build on them to becoming the best we can be.
As a team we will expect more of ourselves than our clients do and strive to exceed expectations in every project we undertake.
Fostering a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journey is what we aim for. WE understand that satisfaction of services will automatically leads to more business. All decisions at Radical Minds are based on customer-centricity, by considering the effects its outcome will have on our customers. We do this by Anticipating Our Customer’s Need. There’s a great quote from Henry Ford that says: “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.”Had he only listened to the users (customers) on what he could build, Henry Ford wouldn’t have produced a car. He was thinking light-years ahead of his competition, and for that reason he created a product that anticipated the market’s future needs. this forward thinking has helped us become future ready and cursor centricity is at the core of this thinking.
Additionally, we keep ourselves informed & updated by Soliciting Customer Feedback on regular intervals, through various mediums like online and telephone surveys.
