Prior to Bharti Airtel, he had a leadership assignment with MphasiS an HP company at the capacity of Head-Service Delivery for their Northern and Western operations.

Mandeep has an industry experience of >25 years and has been on leadership levels for a considerable part of his corporate career, holding positions of Business Head, COO, CSO & President and has worked with prominent brands like The American College, Standard Chartered Bank, Times of India etc.
Mandeep was part of Radical Minds from 2017 to 2019 as Chief Strategy Officer and contributed considerably over 2 years towards the organization’s growth. Since Feb 2021, Mandeep is working in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer and heading various verticals for Radical Minds.
RP has over 25+ years of distinguished IT Infrastructure management experience in Domestic & International Call Centres. Prior to joining Radical Minds, RP worked with Quatrro for 12+ years and his last role was SVP-Technologies and before that was working with Wipro Spectramind from inception. RP was responsible to manage Global IT and Information Security Operations at Quatrro. He has extensive experience in Digital Automation, Product Engineering, Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure and Information Security planning, execution and sustenance in Banking and Financial Services, Consumer IT Solutions and Products, Network Operating Centres and Other IT Enabled Services among others.
He has received a great deal of industry-wide recognition during his career like CIO 100 Award, Green Crusader Award, Security SUPREMO Award, CIO 100-Insight Award, CISO 100 Award, Digital Maestro Award, CIO 100 Power List, Eminent CIO’s of India Award and NetApp-Innovation Award etc. Last year he was felicitated with CIO-HALL OF FAME award.
RP also represents as Vice President to OSPAI (Other Service Providers Association of India (a non-profitable Industry body provide support to industries working closely with DOT and TRAI in defining telecom guidelines and framework).
RP is a certified Microsoft, HP, Dell, Novell and Cloud technologies professional and a certified ISO lead auditor. He is a graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Institute of Engineers- Calcutta.
Vikram has over 20 years of contact center experience in managing different accounts in Travel, Market Research, Technical, Software, Online Gaming, e-commerce and Retail for domestic & International campaigns. He is an Honors Graduate from Delhi University with a Post-Graduation in Business Administation from Symbiosis (Pune) along with technical certification from DOEACC and Six Sigma certification. Vikram is a good team player and has in-depth knowledge of domain with a habit of going granular.
Prior to joining Radical Minds, he was heading a big portfolio of leading OTAs during his last assignment. Vikram’s extensive experience in handling Operations / T&Q / WFM and managing Service Delivery, Client Relationship, P&L, training, migrations / transitions and quality gives us an edge in effectively handling goals of our business partners.
Stuti Gaekwad has over 18 years of experience in Operations & Business Development with a hands-on approach to diagnosing client’s needs and negotiating outsourcing contracts for IT Infrastructure, Business Process Outsourcing services, Client Services & Project Management. Stuti is associated with Radical Minds right from day one company was founded and helped Organisation in setting up core businesses especially for the Domestic clients.
Stuti leads client-facing functions including Sales & Marketing and client management across all the business lines of Radical Minds. Responsible for ensuring growth of company’s overall business through organic means, creating a culture of business development and providing executive leadership for Radical Minds corporate strategy.
Before joining Radical Minds, Stuti worked with NIIT Technologies & Astra Business Services where she handled multiple portfolios/departments i.e. Operations, Customer Services, Credit & Collection and Sales Portfolio. While working with these organizations she handled major clients like Collect America, HSBC, Financial Control Services, Central Credit Services, Data Locator Group.

Umesh has extensively worked in Germany, Singapore, India, Around Asia, Middle East, Switzerland and throughout Europe across cultural and multi-functional environments.In the many roles he has handled, Umesh worked with Schott Glass (Carl Zeiss) in Germany for their International Business expansion, was heading corporate strategy for the /Bird Group (Amadeus), Assisting Arvato in developing their Global Markets and worked as President – AT (Airlines Technology).
Nagendra heads the overall HR across Gurgaon, Mumbai & Bangalore locations.He has been an Human Resource management practitioner with 20+ years of experience in all facets of HR in BPO/ITES Industry/retail/IAF/Engineering company in strategic roles.
He joins us from Concentrix where he was leading HR function for 15,000+ employees distributed across 15 centers & client locations in south. Based on his other stints with BPOs such as TelePerformance Philippines, Aegis, Convergys, Intelenet & FIS, he was able to gain keen insights through a deep desire to see organization grow. During his stint in Philippines, Nagendra received “Model BPO center award for HR” wherein 12 countries and 52 locations participated.
Tarun is a seasoned veteran in the medical publishing fraternity with over 20 years of experience. His contribution to medical publishing has been recognized by various medical societies in India. He was a key leader in Asia’s top medical publisher and was instrumental in growing the organization manifold during his tenure – from 250 titles to 3200 titles. His aggressive style of working and “lets-get-things-done” attitude has ensured an unmatched growth across all departments of the organization – content, and strategy, business development, marketing & promotion, and greenfield Global Expansion.

S. Varadarajan or Raja as he is popularly known as is an alumnus of Xavier Labor Relation Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur and Indian Society for Training & Development, New Delhi. He is a Graduate Leadership and Life Coach, from Coach for Life, USA, and a Hogan Certified professional.
Raja has over three and a half decades of experience as an HR Leader, who has shaped high-performing cultures at major growth brands with technical business acumen, prolific communication, and robust development programs. He prides himself in working in partnership with senior management to orchestrate cultural development and organization change initiatives focused on leadership development that address corporate goals and strategies. Based on his stints with brands such as American Express, PW, KPMG, TVS, UB, Tata Group, Tata Teleservices, TATA SIA Airlines, Wipro Spectramind and Quatrro, was able to gain insightful experiences and continual success in a global environment through a deep desire to see individuals and businesses grow. He brings experience across various industry segments like Manufacturing, Management Consulting, Financial services, Telecom, BPO and Aviation working across geographies like India, Middle East, ASEAN, S.Asia, US and UK.
Before joining Radical Minds Technologies, Raja had been interacting with Boards in various capacities, viz., Nominee Board member in two startups (Quatrro group), Advisory Board member in two startups (PeopleStrong & WTPS PrintShoot), invitee to the Board in two companies (Quatrro & TATA SIA) and Nomination & Remuneration Committee in TATA SIA. Adept at building long-standing relationships with investors, banks, corporates, and forecasting financial risks through technical/strategic/functional analysis, Krishnan has successfully worked as a chief strategist, financial consultant, and planner with
Indian as well as international clients.
A prolific speaker, dynamic leader/motivator and an aggressive business developer and a keen corporate strategist, Krishnan has held a variety of senior-level roles like Vice President – Finance, Financial Consultant, Auditor, COO and General Manager – Finance & Operations, etc. In the past, Krishnan has successfully syndicated with various major banks and financial institutions towards raising, restructuring capital facilities for clients from the oil and gas industry and construction and developers in infrastructure industry.
He also successfully negotiated with Asset Restructuring Companies and represented clients in Debt Recovery Tribunals towards settlements. Rakesh Dhayani (Chief Technology Officer) will be heading IT/ISMS for Radical Minds. Rakesh has over 25 Years’ experience in IT Infrastructure and Services, Telecom R&D, Software/Product Development, RIMS, and Information Security. He brings in vast experience in implementation, assessment, audit and training in Information security domain- ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPPA, MPAA, HITRUST. Prior to Radical Minds, Rakesh has led the IT function of the leading organizations – HCL Technologies, Fiserv, CPA Global.
Rakesh is a Graduation (BSc – Physics) with PGDCA in Computer science and is a Certified Lead Auditor.

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, he will be responsible for driving, analysing and re-engineering existing business processes, identifying and developing the capability to use new tools, reshaping the organisation’s physical infrastructure and network access, with identifying / utilising the enterprise’s knowledge resources, including but not limited to creating new products and services under the larger IT umbrella.
Mandeep Sodhi comes with a comprehensive cross-functional experience of over 20 years with the last 10 years in challenging, core leadership roles with focus on strategising new businesses, streamlining Operational processes and bringing in tandem diverse operation processes in synergy with organisational objectives.
Having worked with brands like The Standard Chartered Bank, The American College & The Times of India, he is skilled / expertised in strategic operations analysis, identifying performance trends, scanning business/ industry trends, reviewing sales/ financial analyses and interpreting complex data. His last assignment was with Digicall Teleservices as their COO.
In addition to the above Mandeep displays skills to develop programs (experiential learning) that help identify and develop effective working and happy + engaged employees, with a specialisation in early stage leadership identification and grooming them to the next level.
Sanjoo Sharma founded Radical Minds after 23 years of extensive Management experience acquired during his association with industry pioneers like HSBC, HP, Peoplesoft, Infogain, Astra & Andromeda. As a founder & managing director, Sanjoo has taken the responsibility of driving growth and differentiation across various business segments at Radical Minds & Group of companies.
He is in a unique position to navigate the challenges enterprises face when integrating multiple generations of systems and applications as part of their business strategies. For various industries across all departments, Sanjoo is having extensive experience in Planning, Designing & Managing BPO/Call Centers in India, UK, US, Canada, Australia & Costa Rica.
Sanjoo has an MBA in IT. He also holds a degree in B-Tech (IT) and 3 years Diploma in (E&T).
